Abstract

Abstract

This paper explains how to use Fuzzy mathematics as a tool to make comprehensive evaluation of achievements of scientific research and development. Work done by the author has made this kind of judgement quite objective.It has also suggested a new way of evaluating achievement of certain research and this method has been considered practically.
