    Model of Nitrogen Removal from Liquid Steel in the Process of powder Injection with Sealed Cover Under Argon Blowing Conditions

    • A model of nitrogen removal from liquid steel in process of powder injection with sealed under argon blowing conditions was estabilished by theoretical calculated and test.The calculated results were in accordance with the dare measured experiment. The results show that the main effect factors on nitrogen removal from liquid steel are nitrogen partial pressure on the facial of liquid steel and flow of cpu blowing. The problem of nitrogen pickup has been solved prefectly by the technology.
