    A New Method to Determine the Decomposition Heat of Coal during PCI for BF

    • The decomposition heat of coal during PCI for BF is a very important parameter for the calculation of raceway flame temperature. The error of RAFT during the calculation caused by that of decomposition heat of coal has been discussed. A new way to determine decomposition heat of coal has been Put forward. By applying Hess's law, the decomposition heat of coal can be easily obtained by means of thermodynamic data available and simple experiment for the measurement of quantity of heat.
