    Variation Mechanism and Its Solution of Decoupling Technological Parameters for the Combined Shape and Gauge Control System in Hot Strip Mills

    • Since decoupling technological parameters, Mp, Mw, Q, Kp and Kw, of the combined shape and gauge control system vary widely as the rolling condition by theoretical analysis of developed mathematical models and industrial experiment on the production mill, this paper develops mathematical models by FEM for calculating decoupling technological parameters of 1 700 mm hot strip mill. The calculated parameters are applied in the proudction mill and proved to be effective.
