    • The characterization of tensile-bend deformation was the core of tension leveling technology and the essence of tensile-bend deformation was cyclic repeated bend of steel strip with tension.The tension leveling simulation model,which could simulate cyclic reserved bend of steel strip with tension,was established.The mechanism of strip plastic extension and flatness leveling was discovered by the results of simulation and analysis,and the application schedule of tension leveling technology was put forward.
