    • Theoretical flame temperature is considered as one of the important parameters which reflect the thermal state of a hearth. A new model with the detailed explanation of each parameter was presented for calculating the theoretical flame temperature. Based on this model, a computer program was developed in order to calculate easily. The calculation results of theoretical flame temperature show that compared with traditional models the new model can reflect the thermalt sate of a hearth more effeetively.
