Simulation of the Si - Nb Selective Oxidation in the Continuous Treatment of the Nb - bearing Hot Metal

摘要: 作者從連續式反應器體系中,反應速度與反應介質在反應器內停留時間這一基本矛盾出發,用數學模型對含鈮鐵水連續處理脫硅階段的硅—鈮分離氧化過程進行模擬,同時預報鐵水和爐渣中多個組元的行為,并對影響硅—鈮分離程度的主要因素進行了分析討論,由模型得到的結果與實際過程相吻合。Abstract: Based on the relation between the reaction rate and the residence time of the fluid in continuous reactor, a mathematical model is applied to simulate the Si-Nb selective oxidation of the Nb-bearing hot metal in continuous hot metal treatment process, predicting the behaviour of several components in metal and slag simultaneously and studying the effects of some important factors on the degree of the selective oxidation.The result of the calculation is in a good agreement with the experimental data.
