Identification of Phases for Etching Interaction of Fe with Diamond

摘要: 研究了950 ℃保溫6 min時Fe對金剛石的刻蝕反應.用AES微區成分分析給出了金剛石晶格中的C原子,自金剛石與Fe的相界面溶入Fe中的分布,并通過AESCKLL譜確認了溶入Fe中C的存在狀態是石墨,而無碳化物相形成.Abstract: The etching interaction of Fe with diamond was studied after sintering at 950 ℃ for 6 min. According to the result of AES C KLL line, the state of carbon near the diamond-iron interface was determined to be considered as graphite but not Fe3C. Carbon atom is dissolved from diamond crystal lattice into iron.
