Interface Bonding Strength of Composite White Cast Iron Embedded Steel Bar

摘要: 研究了在白口鑄鐵工件中埋入一定數量的鋼筋制成加筋式復合白口鑄鐵的界面結合強度及其影響因素.實驗表明,鋼筋表面除銹后再經過3種防銹處理都能提高加筋復合白口鑄鐵的界面結合強度,但效果相差不大.正交試驗結果表明,在鑲鑄工藝因素中,液固體積比(白口鐵鐵水體積:埋入鋼筋的體積)對界面結合強度影響最大,澆注溫度和鋼筋預熱溫度也有顯著的影響.

Abstract: The interface bonding strength of composite white cast iron embedded reinforcement steel bar was researched. The experimental results show that the interface bonding strength of this kind composite white cast iron is effected by surface treatments of steel bar and factors of cast-in process such as the volume ration of liquid white cast iron to the steel bar which inserted in, pouring temperature, preheated temperaature of steel bar.-
