    Viscosity calculation and its application of the copper smelting slag containing solid phase

    • 摘要: 利用Roscoe方程,結合FactSage的多元多相平衡計算和純液相渣黏度計算功能可對含固相熔渣的黏度進行計算.本研究針對基于銅冶煉渣的FeO-SiO2-Fe3O4-CaO-Al2O3-MgO系,首先根據相似爐渣的黏度測定值對Roscoe方程中的參數進行擬合,同時驗證了該方法在計算所研究體系時的準確性.基于所得的計算模型考察不同組分含量對平衡相組成及黏度的影響規律,并總結獲得合理的渣型配比.當爐渣中各組分的質量分數分別控制在FeO 40%~60%、SiO2 25%~40%、Fe3O4 0%~15%、CaO 0%~10%、Al2O3 0%~8%和MgO 0%~4%時,可在冶煉過程中得到流動性較好、固體量較少的熔渣.
