    Influence of nano-SiC on the graphitization and oxidation resistance of C/C composites

    • 摘要: 本文制備納米SiC基體改性的SiC-C/C復合材料,利用X射線衍射技術、高分辨率透射電鏡等研究SiC對碳材料的石墨化度的影響.納米SiC能夠顯著促進碳基體材料的石墨化度,同時通過高分辨率透射電鏡在納米SiC顆粒周圍觀測到明顯的石墨化結構,并且距離SiC越近,碳基體的石墨化程度越高.通過靜態氧化實驗研究SiC-C/C復合材料的抗氧化性能.結果表明,隨著SiC加入量的增加復合材料的抗氧化性顯著提高,納米SiC在高溫下生成較為均勻的SiO2保護層,覆蓋在碳材料的表面,阻礙氧氣與碳材料的接觸,并且SiC含量越高,形成的保護層越厚,抗氧化能力越強.
