    Preparation of coconut shell-based carbon molecular sieves for air separation by pressure swing adsorption

    • 摘要: 提出以椰殼預炭化料為骨料、酚醛樹脂為黏結劑制備變壓吸附空分制氮用炭分子篩的新工藝路線,包括成型、炭化、水蒸氣活化、兩步苯氣相碳沉積調孔等主要工序;完善了炭分子篩的變壓吸附空分評價手段,即以變壓吸附空分為基本手段,結合變壓吸附脫附尾氣總量及其中O2濃度等參數分析,準確表征炭分子篩制備過程中樣品的微孔孔容和孔徑變化,從而實現對炭分子篩制備工藝參數的精確控制.所得的椰殼基炭分子篩具有較高的抗壓強度,其變壓吸附空分性能接近商業炭分子篩產品.
