    Corrosion behavior of novel 2Cr1Mo2Ni steel in the oil field formation water containing CO2

    • 摘要: 為弄清Mo和Ni元素在低Cr鋼耐蝕方面所起的作用,煉制了新型2Cr1Mo2Ni鋼,研究其在模擬油田采出液中的腐蝕行為,實驗條件為80℃,0.8 MPa CO2分壓.利用掃描電鏡和能譜分析研究了2Cr1Mo2Ni鋼和3Cr鋼的腐蝕產物膜微觀形貌和成分,測試了高溫高壓極化曲線和電化學阻抗譜,分析了腐蝕產物膜的生長過程.實驗結果表明,Mo和Ni元素在提高抗CO2腐蝕性能方面的作用不及Cr元素.2Cr1Mo2Ni鋼腐蝕164 h后,中低頻感抗弧消失,腐蝕產物膜開始完全覆蓋基體表面;腐蝕240 h后,生成的腐蝕產物膜具有較好的保護性.
