    Experimental research on load-shear performance of interface between new and old concrete with corroded planting bar

    • 摘要: 為研究銹蝕植筋下新老混凝土的黏結性能,采用某工程銹蝕鋼筋作為植筋,制備了不同植筋率(0、0.223%、0.446%、0.502%、0.893%、1.004%、1.396%、1.786%和2.792%)的新老混凝土試件.在RYL-600微機控制巖石伺服剪切流變儀上進行了不同初始靜壓力(0、1、2、3和4 MPa)下混凝土試件的剪切試驗.對試件的剪應力-位移曲線進行了歸納總結,得到了銹蝕植筋下新老混凝土試件在外力作用下產生變形乃至破壞的演化規律;分析了銹蝕植筋下新老混凝土黏結面的抗剪強度,得到了抗剪強度隨植筋率及初始靜壓力變化的規律.同時根據試件試驗破壞結果,著重分析了不同植筋率和不同初始靜壓力對其破壞模式的影響.試驗結論為新老混凝土力學性能的研究提供了理論依據.
