    Integrated optimization of material delivery and line-side storage problem for aircraft moving assembly line

    • 摘要: 為了解決飛機移動生產線中多并行作業物料的供給問題,構建了飛機移動生產線物料配送與線邊存儲集成決策的模型并設計了求解算法.在物料組批和小車調度的基礎上,引入了物料在線邊空間的存儲決策,建立了以小車出行趟數最小化為目標的數學模型并設計了一種以免疫算法為框架的啟發式算法.在免疫算法較優的全局搜索能力下,綜合考慮小車的配送能力與線邊空間的重復使用、共享等因素,使用反向動態小車調度算法和物料存儲前瞻算法對物料的組批方式、配送時刻和在線邊的存放位置三類變量聯合進行決策.對提出的算法進行了數值實驗,實驗結果證明了模型與算法的有效性.
