    Properties and formation mechanism of rings during rotary kiln reduction of low-grade iron ore

    • 摘要: 回轉窯結圈一直以來是制約煤基回轉窯直接還原工藝發展的重要因素,以某低品位鐵礦回轉窯還原結圈物為研究對象,深入研究回轉窯結圈物的特性及其形成機制.從結圈物的宏觀形貌、物化性能、軟熔特性和微觀結構入手對某低品位鐵礦球團回轉窯結圈物的特性進行分析,并結合熱力學相圖、化學物相及能譜分析研究了結圈物的形成機制.結果表明:結圈物由熔融物包裹球團形成,接近窯壁,其熔融包裹物增多,結圈物中MFe、CaO含量明顯增大,軟熔溫度越低;由球團粉末中FeO與SiO2形成的鐵橄欖石及煤灰帶入的CaO而形成的鈣鐵輝石低熔點相是造成結圈的主要原因;低熔點相的存在同時也促進了金屬化球團間鐵晶粒的相互擴散與遷移,從而加劇了結圈現象.
