    Effect of annular seal on the lateral-axial bi-direction coupled dynamic characteristics of a multi-stage pump wet rotor

    • 摘要: 為探究口環密封對多級離心泵轉子橫-軸雙向耦合振動的影響,基于空間歐拉角變換及有限元法,建立了多級離心泵轉子系統葉輪和軸系的微分運動方程,在此基礎上,充分考慮口環流體激振力和多種軸向力的耦合作用,利用矩陣運算方法建立了多級離心泵濕轉子的橫-軸雙向耦合振動模型,并采用Newmark法對雙向耦合系統的瞬態動力學特性進行求解,重點研究了口環密封長度、壓差和間隙對系統耦合振動特性的變化規律,計算了不同密封參數下的流體激振力.計算結果表明,口環密封對轉子系統橫向振動的洛馬金效應隨著密封長度和壓差的增大以及間隙的減小愈發明顯,轉子系統的橫向穩態振動收斂速度快于軸向穩態振動的收斂速度,兩向瞬態振動的振動頻率呈現出完全不同的特性.此外,密封的流體激振力與密封長度呈現非線性變化關系,而與密封壓差和間隙呈現線性變化關系.
