    Effect of Al content on inclusions in the automobile high strength steel

    • 摘要: 應用氧氮分析、掃描電鏡夾雜物自動分析、熱力學計算等方法, 研究了Al含量不同的三種典型汽車用高強鋼中夾雜物的數量、種類、析出溫度的變化規律.結果表明, 鋼中Al的質量分數從0.054%增加到1.35%, 鋼中的T[O]質量分數從0.00150%減少到0.00075%, 夾雜物數量從38.28 mm-2減少到28.12 mm-2, 鋼中夾雜物的數量呈減少趨勢.隨著鋼中Al的質量分數的增加, 鋼中氧化物夾雜的演變規律為Al2O3·MnO→MgAl2O4, 鋁系夾雜物的演變規律為Al2O3→Al N, 硫化物夾雜的演變規律為MnS→MgS.熱力學計算表明, Al N夾雜的生成與鋼中的Al含量有關, Al含量高的鋼中Al N夾雜更易生成;Al N的析出溫度隨著Al含量的增加而上升, 析出溫度分別為1375、1528和1561 K.
