    Study on clogging of submerged entry nozzle of 321 stainless steel

    • 摘要: 通過對321不銹鋼 (06Cr18Ni11Ti) 浸入式水口結瘤物的掃描電鏡 (scanning electron microscopy, SEM) 觀察和能譜 (energy disperse spectroscope, EDS) 分析, 并結合理論計算, 探討了水口結瘤機理.根據成分變化, 將浸入式水口試樣從外層到內層分別定義為:耐材層、反應層和鋼基體層.結果顯示, 水口結瘤首先是鋼液侵蝕水口, 形成高熔點渣相, 然后鋼中Ti N夾雜黏結水口內壁并通過與渣相連接形成鏈狀或網狀結構而導致的.對鋼中Ti N形成的熱力學計算表明溫度越高其溶度積越大, 對黏結相Ca O-Al2O3-Ti O2-5%MgO的相圖分析顯示其成分中鈣鋁比較高, 為防止結瘤, 要合理控制爐渣成分.
