    Fluid flow characteristics of molten bath with bottom-blowing in EAF steelmaking

    • 摘要: 電弧爐煉鋼廣泛采用底吹技術以強化熔池攪拌、加速冶金反應和提升產品質量.本文通過數值模擬和水模型實驗研究了底吹條件下電弧爐煉鋼熔池內流體流動特性, 分析了底吹流股對流體流動的影響作用規律.隨底吹流量的增加, 熔池平均流動速度增加, 熔池內“死區”體積減小.同時結合工業生產實測數據, 發現電弧爐底吹技術的運用可通過強化熔池攪拌, 加快熔池內熱量傳遞, 均勻熔池鋼液溫度, 有效加快煉鋼熔池的熱量傳遞和整體升溫速率, 大大提高冶煉過程熱量的利用效率.
