    Melting behavior of CaAl cored wire in liquid steel and optimization of wire feeding parameters

    • 摘要: 模擬研究了1873 K鋼液溫度下鋼皮厚度0.74 mm的Ca Al包芯線的熔化、氣化行為及150 t鋼包的理想喂線參數, 并試驗研究了不同鋼種及鈣合金包芯線對鈣收得率的影響.結果表明:包芯線喂入鋼液后, 包芯線的Ca Al合金先于包敷的鋼皮熔化, 自喂入鋼液0.92 s后, 包芯線頂端鋼皮熔化, 液態Ca Al合金進入鋼液后擴散溶解, 當鈣液滴上浮到鋼液面以下1.22 m深度時, 達到了氣化的飽和蒸汽壓, 才會氣化.在150 t鋼包條件下, 為了減少鈣的氣化燒損, 采用3.224.83 m·s-1的喂線速度, 實現包芯線在鋼液深度2.96 m處熔化的目標.為了提高鈣的收得率, 應采用純鈣包芯線處理碳、硅、錳等元素含量較高的鋼種, 選擇Ca Al包芯線處理低硅低錳的低碳鋼種.
