Abstract

Abstract

At 900℃ in mixture of molten K₂TaF₇-KF-NaF system the Corrosion tests indicated that resistance to corrosion of tantalum Coating is higher than pure tantalum. It is connected with alloy element of substrate.The observation coating by metallography election microscope microprobe has been proven. in fluoribes molteu the corrosion resistant of coating tantalum under deposition temperature 1050℃ is better.
