Abstract

Abstract

The mathematical model of temperature drop of the molten steel in tundish is applied to calculate the regularity of temperature drop of molten steel in whole casting process, which provides basises for casting controlling. It can also calculate the temperature distribution of tundish lining, which provides the reference for tundish design.
