    • The microstructure and porosity of high speed steel (HSS) prepared by spary forming have been studied with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Compared to the casted high speed steel with the same composition, the results show that microstructure and the main mechanical properties of the high speed steel prepared by spray forming are superior.
