    • One of the advantages of CAS process is the more higher yield of alloy than the conventional argon bubbling process. But in practice, the yield of Al does not reach the maximum and the stability of alloy recovery are not satisfactory. These problems bring about the difficulties of CAS. operation. So theoritical and experimental analysis are given to solve these problems.
