    Influence of MnS Addictive Methods on Mechanical Properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS Sintered Steels

    • The difference between MnS distribution and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steels with admixed and pre-alloyed MnS is compared.It is found that when MnS is admixed,MnS particals between Fe powders affect the sintering of Fe powders,so the bounding strength of Fe powders and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel is lowered.While MnS is pre-alloyed,MnS is distributed inside Fe powder,it has no influence on sintering between Fe powders and mechanical properties of sintered steel.
