Abstract

Abstract

The commercial code CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics), PHOENICS, was applied to simulate the turbulent flow field in the classiffier rotor. The single-phase three dimensional rotation flow field in the rotor was calculated by use of this software. The numerical calculation results of the flow field in the rotor were discussed, The anaylsis shows that the numerical simulation can be used for the design and the improvement of the classiffier.
