Consideration about State Foreign Trade Enterprises Exploring to Set up the Modern Enterprise System

The current developing situations of state foreign trade enterprises and the difficulties they are confronted with in the process of their reformations were analysed.Based on the synthetical analysis of both internal and external circumstances of state foreign trade enterprises, it was pointed out that the conditions of state foreign trade enterprises to set up modern enterprise system were available and the opportunity is becoming mature. In addition, some problems to which attention must be paid in the process of putting it into effect state foreign trade enterprises setting up modern enterprise system were probed.
