    • The relationship model of concentration of flux solution, temperature of liquid aluminium, temperature of tools, pressure and intermetallic layer thickness under steel-aluminum solid to liquid bonding was established by means of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)perfectly. The optimum thickness whose value was 10.0 μm had been determined according to the bonding parameter values for the optimum shearing strength.
