    Fabrication of the Sheets for Fe3Si Based Alloy

    • Based on the Peng's and Chen's works, finding the appropriate technical parameters for forging and rolling, Fe3Si based alloy sheets of about 1.5 mm in thickness were obtained successfully by the traditional forging and double warm rolling. The grains of the cast structure are larger and not uniform. The uniform tine equiaxed grains form by recrystallization of forging structure. The microstructure becomes elongated after rolling.
