    Design and production of an environmental protecting sensor by high-frequency microwave to measure complex permittivity of a soil-water system

    • A new method was proposed to analyze the character of a soil-water system by measuring the complex permittivity with high-frequency microwave, and an environmental protecting sensor was designed. In the design, the single-ended reflex coefficient method was used and porous ceramics was made into the permeation cell. This paper described the design, production and date processing technique.
