    • This paper modifies the two-cell immune dynamics differential equation which is showed in a reference. Based on the modified two-cell immune dynamics differential equation, a two-cell immune controller model is proposed to describe immune process. The controller is simple in structure, needs only three regulating parameters and is easy to be realized. Simulated results indicate that it has such fascinating characteristics as one-order integral character, good stabilization to a large pure-lag system, and remembrance character, and its parameters is easy to be regulated.
