    • In order to find some possible methods to collect aerosol particles in steel making process,the particles of EAF dust were analyzed.The aerosol coagulation experiment of ZnO particles which were generated from the oxidation of Zn vapor was carried out and the coagulation phenomenon was observed.Furthermore,the aerosol coagulation in an agitated vessel was studied.By using incense aerosols,experiments under different agitation speeds were conducted.Experimental results were compared with theoretical calculation and the values of the coagulation coefficient of shear coagulation were obtained.An aerosol coagulation model considering the interaction effect between particles was applied to estimating the Hamaker constant.This result shows that the model can be applied to the aerosol coagulation under agitation condition to consider the interaction of particles.
